Requirements

We’re looking for an intern, who will help us to make our customers smile. In close contact with the product and the development team, you’ll assist to develop the tool in helping to create new features. 

You will trigger useful feedback from our customers, help to resolve customer issues, and constantly improve our product proposition. 

Besides that, you’ll work closely together with all team members (account executives, marketing executive and the CEO) to complete customer-centric projects. 

 

Key responsibilities

 

As a Product Management assistant intern, you will work closely with our (fantastic) product and our (awesome) technical teams.

Your mission will be to help creating the product vision and shipping new features into the existing platform. 

 

To do this, you will be working in an Agile environment and your main tasks will be to assist our Product Owner to:

  • Follow the customer satisfaction to answer their questions and gather their feedback
  • Identify needs from customers or stakeholders and transform them into requirements and specifications for development
  • Make sure that new features are ready to be launched (documentation ready, quality check, user metrics defined)
  • Maintain the product backlog and sort items according to priority
  • Define the roadmap by landing existing goals and identifying new opportunities based on trends and market demand.
  • Provide support to new and existing customers in the tool


What we are looking for

 

  • IMPORTANT: You have a school internship agreement
  • You have knowledge of product development methodology (product life cycle, agile methodology, etc.)
  • You have strong problem-solving skills; you’re looking for creative solutions and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
  • You are curious and have good communication skills
  • You pay attention to details
  • You always make yourself available
  • You are interested by the tech industry or you have previous tech experiences
  • You have good English understanding and writing skills (but if you read us so far, it shouldn’t be a problem, right? :) ) + French or Dutch
