As a Customer Solution Engineer, you'll be at the heart of our customers' success, combining your problem-solving mindset with your passion for helping users achieve their goals. You'll help teams unlock Qollabi's full potential, transform user feedback into platform improvements and build a thriving community of Qollabi champions.


Key responsibilities

  • Take ownership of technical implementation projects, ensuring they're delivered efficiently and effectively

  • Work closely with our product team to communicate user needs and participate in solution design, helping to shape the future of Qollabi

  • Team up with customers to understand their partner management processes and configure Qollabi to match their specific needs. You'll help them optimize their workflows and implement best practices based on your platform expertise.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for user inquiries and feedback. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining high customer satisfaction by ensuring timely responses, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues and keeping users informed about new features and improvements.

  • Connect with users through regular check-ins and coaching calls to understand their workflows, challenges and help them get the most value from Qollabi

  • Deliver hands-on training sessions to help users master Qollabi's features and capabilities

  • Build and nurture our user community through knowledge sharing, best practices and other initiatives to ensure they're maximizing the value of our platform.

Job requirements

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has a natural affinity for technology and enjoys learning new software platforms

  • Is analytical and methodical in approaching problems

  • Excels at project management and getting things done

  • Has an entrepreneurial mindset and takes initiative to drive improvements

  • Is a great team player who can work independently

  • Has strong communication skills and enjoys helping others succeed

  • Can prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks

  • 3 years of experience

While we prefer candidates with a university degree, we value passion and aptitude above all. We're selective in our hiring process as this role requires working with enterprise-level clients from the start. Fluency in Dutch and English is required and additional languages are a plus. This position is perfect for ambitious starters ready to prove themselves in a dynamic organization.
